Location: the hotel was near all the fun shops and restaurants, a caldera view, and the cable car and the stairs down to the old port. And there was Assyrtico with short-orders right at the venue, super convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed how the spacious room with greek touch was arranged when we arrived. I stayed at Panorama Suites for four days and had the most amazing time. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The rooms were beautiful and provided a perfect vantage point to enjoy the scenery. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nicos who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast spread was delicious and the coffee was top-notch. The hotel also provided us with a helpful list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if I come back to Santorini.

The sunset view from the balcony and dinner were enjoyable. The location is central and easily accessible from the bus station. The helpful staff, especially Kaylee, assisted with our requests. The poolside breakfast had delicious food, orange juice, and a scenic view. Highly recommended for travelers.
